December was a very busy month! We had an unplanned trip to Texas at the beginning of the month for my grandmother’s funeral. Although our visit was under sad circumstances, it was nice to visit with family. After returning to Alabama we had lots of Christmas and holiday events that we attended, including Colin’s first school program, Daniel’s school program, school Christmas parties and a fun downtown Christmas festival. We also had family visit us for the holidays this year! Granddad, Mimi, Grandma Sharon, Grandpa Joe, Aunt Jennifer & Granny Zuber all came to see us for Christmas! Towards the end of the month, we took a couple of trips up to Birmingham’s McWane Science Center for the boys to play. I took them to their first IMAX – Rocky Mountain Express. They loved the movie! Looking forward to another fun year!

Reindeer Car
We saw a car with the reindeer attire and Daniel said "Mom, I would like it if OUR car was dressed up like a reindeer." Somehow I randomly found a car reindeer costume a few days later. Daniel was pretty excited. :)
