This year we went with our German neighbors to the St. Martin's Day parade and bonfire in our village. All the children carry lanterns and follow St. Martin on his horse through the village up to a bonfire. Then everyone goes to the community center and St. Martin hands out bread and chocolate to the children. It was a great time! Click here for the pictures.

St. Martin's Day
This year we went with our German neighbors to the St. Martin's Day parade and bonfire in our village.
